You can find here various drawings (Adobe Illustrator format): animal’s silouhettes and skeletons, map of localization. These drawings are for free community use (subject to mention your sources).

If you need some specific drawing, please contact Michel Coutureau. If you have good pictures (or bibliographical refercence where we can find it), thanks to send us for develop our corpus.

This set of drawings dedicated to the birds was conducted by M. Coutureau, in collaboration with J-H. Yvinec (INRAP) and V. Laroulandie (University of Bordeaux 1-PACEA-IPGQ/UMR 5199 CNRS). It is put at the disposal of the community. In 2004 we added: cock, hen (Gallus gallus) and crow (Corvus frugilegus). In october 2005, we added pigeon (Colomba livia). This drawings corpus realized by M. Coutureau is for community use. These drawings are available in Adobe IllustratorTM format (version 8.0). They are particulary practical for showing anatomical distributions. A first set of domestic animal skeletons was realized in 1996 by M. Coutureau, in collaboration with V. These fish drawings are realized by M. Coutureau, in collaboration with B. Clavel (Adobe IllustratorTM 8.0). In 2004, we added: plaice (Pleuronectes platessa) and cod(Gadus morhua). Carp (Cyprinus carpio) and perch (Perca fluviatilis) are added in the late 2005. COMMENT: When you will use these drawings don’t forget to mention reference.

This batrachian drawings corpus realized by M. Coutureau, in collaboration with S. Bailon (Lazaret - Local Laboratory of Prehistory), is for free community use. The first drawings are discoglosse (Discoglossus pictus) and frog (Rana sp.). In december 2005, we added a generic Urodele skeleton. In answer to a request, here are animal’s silhouettes realized in Adobe Illustrator 8.0. format. These silhouettes are available in 3 colors: black, grey and white (witg black outline). Continue to send me your drawings even if they are sketching out, this is sufficient for make silhouettes. Thanks to all that send me drawings.

I drew an hamster (Cricetus cricetus) skeleton after an anonymous drawing take from an old lesson of biology and I’am looking for a volunteer for verify that bones are well represented.

Cards concerning the human skeleton, realized in 1997 by Mr. Coutureau, in collaboration with Patrice Courteau, are placed at the free disposal of the community.
